Many millionaires are planning to buy a new car, according to a survey by Connoisseur. At the same time, recent statistics from Bil Sweden that new car registrations in Sweden increased by 23 percent in May. The millionaire car purchases have been identified by lyxmagasinet Connoisseur as this weekend showed off luxury cars at Steninge castle.
The newspaper has asked 1500 of its readers how they view their future
car purchases. The magazine sent out to all with a declared annual
income of over 1.2 million and who are between 20 to 67 years.
The survey found that 70 percent of respondents plan to buy at least one car within a year.
Readers current cars are not just any car at any time. Over a third
have paid over 600 000 for their last car. While about 70 percent spent
between 300000-600000 crowns on their latest car, the survey shows.
The survey also shows that about 7 percent of the respondents have paid
over one million dollars for his current car.
Millionaires have also answered questions about how much they will pay
for their next car purchase. About 40 percent plan to buy a car that
costs more than SEK 600 000 for their next car deal. The proportion
planning to pay more than 1 million of his car is 9 percent.
What millionaires value most when purchasing a new car is the
parameters that are not always associated with luxury cars. Mainly
valued safety, comfort and practicality.

shows that the Volvo V-70 was Sweden's best selling car in May with over
2000 newly registered Volvo cars.
VW Golf in second place sold about 900 cars less during the month of
May. Overall, however, increased sales by over 23 percent in May
