Three political parties in Norway we have a new analysis of the planned purchase of new fighter aircraft. How much will the price tag much? And the engine is included? The Progress Party, Christian People's Party og Socialist Left Party, which together would have an analysis of the costs of the aircraft deal. The striking aspect of the campaign is the Socialist Ventreparti is one of the three coalition parties in the current coalition government Stoltenberg II.
In Norway chose American F-35 before the Swedish JAS 39 Gripen NG for over two years ago raised many eyebrows. How could the F-35 cheaper than the Gripen? The price tag for the American F-35 plan is now twice as big as when the decision was taken for over two years ago. Critics have previously suspected that the aircraft manufacturer Lockheed Martin not added into the cost of the engines in the quotation and the F-35, therefore, was cheaper than the Gripen. The same question was raised at this time also in the Canadian Parliament - the engine is included or not? Officials at the Canadian Defense Ministry say that the engine is included in the total price 9 billion Canadian dollars - and that the engine is included. It will be a unit price equal to the unit price which Norway is now up in - about 800 million Norwegian kroner per aircraft including engine, training and service. But the price is twice the price that politicians in both Norway and Canada have previously supplied.
When Norway's then-Defense Minister Anne-Lise Power-Erichsen late afternoon November 20, 2008 called for a press conference and spoke of Norway selected the American plane F-35 Joint Strike Fighter in Swedish JAS 39 Gripen NG put all the defense experts in the throat.
She explained that the Gripen was both a worse plan than the F-35 from Lockheed Martin and a more expensive plan. 48 pieces of F-35 would cost no more than 18 billion Norwegian kroner against 20 billion for the Gripen. Or 375 million Norwegian kroner per plane for the F-35 and 425 million for the Gripen.
There was no one who believed in the calculation and Norwegian press wrote for years about what they thought was a fake. Now, Norway has increased the number of planes to 52 pieces of plane at a total cost of 42 billion NOK. There will be 800 million per plane, and it is the cost of the three parties now wishes to examine. The governing party Socialist Liberal Party believes that the parliament has not yet taken the final decision on the purchase of new fighter aircraft and that it is now time to go through the papers again

Nostalgia, understated luxury and Chinese porcelain. Volvo Debuts its new design concept Universe at the Motor Show in Shanghai.
The car was unveiled in Shanghai yesterday, is a pure concept, created to see how customers react to the new design approach. In particular, customers in the important Chinese market, although Volvo points out that the car is designed for a global audience.
New Technology got an exclusive sneak preview of Torslanda. As CEO Stefan Jacoby drew the cover notice appeared classic Volvo Drag. Especially in the stout hood that stands out in a double sense. Here, design director Peter Horbury has borrowed lines from the old PVN and Amazonia.
Andreas Nilsson, strategic design chief, stresses the car's masculine form, with a charisma "to attract women and make men feel proud".
- We wanted to make the car self-confident, proud and relaxed but not aggressive, "he says.
At the rear, joins the car to the market many models in a hatchback-coupe, but has a conventional tailgate.
Universe is longer than the Volvo XC90 and S 80 - the major indicators are a flirtation with both Chinese and American car buyers. Though the spacious rear seat with luxurious lounge feeling is hardly designed to give the kids plenty of kick room. Here, businessmen with an eye for style, sit back in comfortable armchairs, inspired by the classic design Lamino, while private driver handles the wheel. That is why the car has two control panels. A dashboard, one in the rear passenger compartment.
Blamonstrade ornate porcelain tiles on the steering wheel and gear lever is linked to a historical link between China and Volvo's home town: East Indiaman. Another striking thing is the frisvavande Volvo emblem in the grille. The detail liked the representatives of the Chinese leadership is very extraordinary, according to Andreas Nilsson
