Airbus and Boeing have both submitted bids for 179 new tanker aircraft to the U.S. Air Force. The contract is worth 230 billion

The order of the tanker aircraft is a lengthy history that has been a series since the early 2000s.

On several previous bid rounds, as well as Boeing, Airbus, resigned with the victory, but the decision was later appealed and torn up. The deal was also a president with Boeing on the case.

The new air laser has been developed by engineers at Princeton University in New Jersey, U.S.

- We can send out a laser pulse and get a different pulse back from the air. The returning beam interacts with molecules in the air and carry with their fingerprints, "said Professor Richard Miles said in a statement.

Boeing sold more than three times as many commercial aircraft in 2010, compared to 2009, and struck his delivery after demand recovers. It writes Bloomberg News, referring to a press release from the aircraft manufacturer.

A rise in sales of the model 737 resulted in the number of net orders rose to 530 pieces last year, after deduction of 95 cancellations. It is valued at 49.5 billion U.S. dollars as average list prices, and compares with 142 orders in 2009.

Russian Helicopters and engine manufacturer Pratt & Whitney engine has solved the issue of helicopter Mi-38, which thus goes on sale 2013th

Mi-38 made its first test flight in 2003, when the Russian-built engine TV7-117V from Klimov. An alternative engine for customers in the western world would be supplied by Pratt & Whitney Canada, but the U.S. embargo regulations against Russia has put a spanner in the wheels for deliveries.

X-37B, the U.S. Air Force's top secret, unmanned space shuttle has returned to Earth after 225 days.

What it has done during these months in orbit is unknown. Amateur astronomers have partially succeeded in tracing it, and have observed four major course changes.
