Cell phone locator : against Bundestag adopts law Print E-mail

The Bundestag has adopted on Thursday evening yesterday with the votes of the grand coalition a new amendment to the Telecommunications Act (TKG) was adopted. The FDP voted against the project, Left and the Greens abstained. The bill is based on the Regierungsvorstößen of setting limits on the use of 0180er numbers from the mobile network and to curb the secret location of mobile users. The deputies took but according to a recommendation of the lead Economic Committee extensive corrections to the templates before the Federal Cabinet.

Blu-ray cheaper Print E-mail

The price of disk drives and high definition is expected to decline with the introduction of a new license.

Winner of the battle for high definition DVD, the Blu-ray still struggling to win. According to research firm Future Source, 200 million on Blu-ray discs sold in 2008, only 36 million have sold. 82% unsold. To make things worse, not only the range of products available is limited, but still expensive equipment costing between 199 and 399 € for a drive, and 20 to 40 € for a film. If the price of readers and Blu-ray is so high, not only because the manufacturers hope to make the best new technology.

But here's what you definitely won't find at chez Gates: an iPhone. In the latest issue of Vogue, Bill's wife, Melinda Gates, reveals that among the "very few things" on "the banned list in our household" are—you guessed it—iPods and iPhones.
