Not only design, this house has been designed primarily for the benefit of 'eco-sustainability. In fact it is equipped with solar panels and alternative energy sources, such as water desalination and recycling thereof. Its position and orientation were not ture at random but to optimize the highest level of comfort and energy recovery.  The core housing was built of concrete, combined with a steel cantilever. The foundations of the house are nothing but the significant counterweight located in the sea. The house is also equipped with a floating bridge, which rises from the water level where you can sunbathe and relax. |
