 Now you can water the garden hose, even if there is no electricity or running water. This must be either the most environmentally friendly way to spray water from a hose to wash the car, soak a dry lawn or flower planting and give a little bit of moisture. Electricity comes from a solar panel that charges the batteries and provides power to a pump. And the water that is used is that which is collected in a rainwater barrel. So, without either electricity or running water, you can now get pressure in a hose. Irrigation facility is called Rain Perfect and sold in the USA about 1000 dollars. The solar panels provide a power of 3.5 W and the batteries become fully charged after about eight hours of sunshine. There should be enough to pump up 400 liters of a water container. |
