Here is the kiosk that is dependent on good weather.  The world's first powered by solar energy.
It is at Lake Langano in Ethiopia as the kiosk now stands. The kiosk, or Solar Kiosk as it is known, is said to be the world's first solar-powered kiosk, reports Inhabitat.com.

German Graft Architects is behind the kiosk. One of the driving forces behind the project is to deliver the cheap buildings powered by renewable energy.  At the kiosk roof sits solar cells that light up the kiosk in the dark.

According to Graft Architects, this kiosk, the first in a future, larger production. The solar cells produced centrally but the modules can be produced locally with the materials available.
